The Genesis

In 2012, Abhinav’s dad went through a heart surgery in India while Abhinav was living in Singapore. The hassle in finding suitable hospital and doctors; payment & sharing of medical data helped us understand the gaps in this market.

It was the first time Abhinav (had assayed the role of caretaker for his parents and understand the problems and bottlenecks in the healthcare segment in India. From finding doctors to making payment and follow-on services, everything was such a difficult task. Talking to other NRIs in Singapore and US made him realize that they face similar issues.
